SANTINT’s Layer-by-layer Starting Structure for Mixing Machine

SANTINT equips its mixing machine with layer-by-layer starting structure to protect the transmission devices. This structure utilizes the gaps among couplers to realize the following working principle: idling rotation is followed by linkage rotation to realize the delayed start from the bottom to the top layer by layer. Thus the resistance of starting the mixing machine is greatly decreased as well as the possibility of overloading. The motor would be protected in the foregoing mechanism. And the couplers would be reset layer by layer for next start.
According to the responsible engineer, this device is suitable for cold areas and the locations with heavy loading for the machine. A protective device is designated for the motor. The air switch will be disconnected for protection if the motor is over-loaded, so double protection is provided for the machine.
